Why? It’s the Honduran Superclásico. Both teams played each other previously in the Apertura semifinals. Motagua qualified to the finals after a 2:2 tie on aggregate.

Key Players: Watch out for Olimpia's Roger Rojas, one of the club legends and the fifth all-time scorer for Olimpia, with 73 goals. Eddie Hernández, the Motagua striker, has one of the best goalscoring ratio’s this season in Honduras, 10 goals in 14 matches.

Regional glory: Motagua is the last ever team to win the Copa Interclubes UNCAF, the Central American Champions League. In 2007, Motagua defeated Costa Rican side Saprissa 2:1 on aggregate.

Why? Last season, Al-Oruba won the championship by only 2 points, while Fanja was left behind in 2nd place. This season, after 14 matches, it looks similar as Al-Oruba are in the 1st place, four points ahead of Fanja. Fanja wants to equal the Omani record of 9 championships, Al-Oruba are looking for their 4th title ever.

Key Players: Raed Ibrahim Saleh is one of the players you shouldn't miss in Fanja, the 23 year old midfielder already has 57 caps for Oman national team. In Al-Oruba you can find one of the best Omani League scorers, Mohammed Taqi, who has scored 9 goals this season.

What? Belmopan Bandits – Police United (Belize Premier League)

Where? FFB Stadium, Belmopan

Why? Belmopan Bandits and Police United were the top two clubs in the opening stage of Belize Premier League. Eventually, Belmopan Bandits were eliminated in the semifinals, while Police United won the title. Now they will play each other in the first match of the closing stage, in the path towards their next championship.

Key Players: Dalton Eiley, Belmopan Bandits’ defender, is one of the veteran players in Belize and also serves as the national team captain. On the other side, Police United striker Orlando Jimenez, had some great performances as he scored all his 3 opening stage goals in the playoffs.
